  • The University of Adelaide’s Engineering School has research centers that design and build complex software systems for both enterprise and government clients and are a Bloqable software development partner.

  • Dialog is a leading Australian information technology services company providing full lifecycle software application development, and is a Bloqable software development partner.


  • Among many other duties, the Office of the Clerk of the Court of Wise County and the City of Norton is responsible for managing the area’s Land Records Office. The Office is Bloqable’s partner in administering the smart land records development Project. For the last 25 years, the Office has consistently been a leader in Virginia’s land records modernization efforts.

  • The Virginia Coalfield Economic Development Authority’s mission is to improve Southwest Virginia’s economic vitality through targeted supporting grants, and they have provided crucial support to Wise County and the City of Norton for the workforce development aspects of the smart land records Project.

  • Using the latest e-learning tools, Old Dominion University’s Instructional Design and Technology program graduate students worked with Bloqable and Wise County to create the on-line smart land record creation training curriculum to train the workforce development intern participants in the art of land record abstraction and smart land record creation.
