Dave is the CEO of Bloqable, LLC which he founded in April, 2018. Prior to thinking about and working to transform the use of public land records through the application of new technologies, he spent nearly 25 years in the commercial wireless industry in sales, sales management, software product management, and business development responsibilities focused on enterprise software solutions. He worked closely with development partners for over four years bringing to market a revolutionary enterprise software focused on improving capacity management for mobile network operators. Dave is responsible for running the company, and leading the business needs and process digitization specification required for the successful automation of the creation of smart land records.
